Британские спецслужбы в системе межведомственных противоречий в начале XX века

Аннотация
В современных условиях остро стоит проблема объективности принимаемых политическими деятелями решений ввиду того, что у ответственных лиц часто отсутствует необходимая для этого достоверная информация. С начала XX в. в Великобритании получение и интерпретация этой информации относится к компетенции разведывательных органов, поэтому от эффективности их работы и качества взаимодействия с иными ведомствами часто зависел успех военно-политических операций. Гипотеза исследования состоит в том, что возможности спецслужб влиять на процесс принятия политических решений часто связаны не столько с эффективностью информационно-аналитической работы, сколько со способностью преодолеть сопротивление иных государственных ведомств, стремящихся к монополизации информационных каналов в правительстве.
